Mr Supplement Welcome

So Mr-Supplement is born. As you may have guessed Mr-Supplement is a site about supplements.

So firstly let’s define the meaning or the word supplement. Supplement means something added to complete a thing or in other words “in addition to” or to “compliment”.

You may equate supplements to be mainly used in the field of body-building but supplements can be used by all kinds of athletes and people of all shapes, sizes and ages to achieve a required goal. This may be to lose weight, shed body fat, increase strength, increase muscle mass, help joint problems, increase vitamin content in a diet to name a few common goals.

It must be stressed that as mentioned above in the definition of the word supplement that these products must be used not as a replacement but in addition to a well balanced meal plan/diet and an appropriate workout routine. A supplement is not a “magic bullet” you still need to put the work in through these other areas to achieve your goals.

So what will Mr-Supplement provide?

Well hopefully you can gain some level of understanding about the different supplement types on the market, for example creatine, protein, supplement stacks, amino acids etc. Learn about what they are, what they are used for, the benefits, side effects and how to maximise your use to achieve awesome gains. The site will also review certain products and give a more detailed overview. We also aim to post up some interesting news articles or studies that our reader base will find interesting or beneficial.
